Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"They pulled water from between our hardwood boards without warping them further, which I honestly didn't think was possible."
Jasper L., Hampton"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Hampton"No hidden per-gallon charges — the quote held exactly."
Micah S., Hampton"They extracted from behind built-in cabinetry without damaging the cabinets themselves, which I honestly hadn't expected them to manage."
Fernanda Q., Hampton"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., HamptonThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 3842, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
